BM Merchandising Co., LTD was founded in 1996 and incorporated in 1999 in the State of New York. The company specializes in development, sourcing and manufacturing of young men’s street wear. Due to its strong capability in forecasting fashion trend and development of new fabric and styles for many seasons in a row the company has enjoyed high reputation in the market place throughout North America. With average 70MM in annual revenues dollars, the company has become the leader in this market. Mr. Charles Liu, president of the company, with his ambitious envision of the future of the company, has already started implementation of strategic plans to further strengthen the bottom of the its core business to diversify into other areas with cooperation with other business partners.

We provide licensed merchandise to a number of American universities as well as a number of brands and retailers. Our strongest categories are denim tops and bottoms, fleece tops/bottoms, chinos, and tees for men, juniors, and boys.

Distribution
Out distribution warehouse in New Jersey processes on average 10,000 units a day. We provide the logistics for delivery internationally, from the continental US, to Canada, to Asia, the UK, and Sweden.
